We purchased this small IC fabrication shop but can't seem to make heads or tails of what kinds of chips it's actually producing. After tracking down a friend of the previous owner, they shared an emulator for the chip design she had found on a backup drive. She wasn't sure what the emulator actually did and couldn't get it to run. She mentioned something about the author always wanting to "end software piracy for good".

After examining the program for a long time we have only managed to get one of the included schematics to run...
